Kanwar Yatra –

In Sawan, Kanwariyas bring Ganga water and offer it in Shiva temples. This journey is a very sacred form of Shiva devotion.

Keep fast on Monday

Don’t:

Avoid meat, alcohol, tamasic food

Avoid lying, anger and harsh language

Don’t offer Tulsi leaves in Shiva Puja
