The Bolt is Tata’s contender in the premium hatchback segment, and judging by its appearance, Tata has certainly proven itself with this model. Sharing the same design architecture as the Zest, the Bolt features a spacious cabin and improved interior quality—to the extent that it can genuinely stand on equal footing with its German competitors.

The Bolt appears to be a well-balanced car from the outside, with every curve and angle adding up to a big premium looking hatchback. The blacked out headlights at first are very large in size and adds a sporty stance to the otherwise high hatchback. The top end variant of the Bolt comes with projector headlamps, which provide a solid look along with good visibility at night. The front bumper gets a trapezoidal grille which makes the car look agile from the front and the dark black honeycomb grille along with it makes the Bolt look muscular from the front.
