Choose the Bayon if you drive mostly in the city, want the newest tech and screens, and want to spend less.

Choose the Creta if you want more space, a turbo-petrol or diesel engine, or more comfort features for family and highway use.

One more factor: a next-generation Creta is expected early next year, with a larger body of about 4.5 metres, according to reports. That could push the Creta further up in price, and make the current model a candidate for discounts. The Bayon is unlikely to see much discounting in its first few months.
