The cabin is where the Bayon differs most from other Hyundais. Its layout comes from the global-spec i20, with a lower dashboard, vertical vents and a large curved display. Here is what we know and what we do not.

Cabin Layout –
- A single curved panel holds the 12.3-inch touchscreen and the 12.3-inch digital driver’s display.
- The AC vents are slim and vertical, with the automatic climate controls between them.
- Physical shortcut buttons and rotary knobs sit under the screens, so frequently used functions do not depend entirely on the touchscreen.
- The four-spoke steering wheel carries Hyundai’s new Morse-code-style logo.
- Circular inside door handles and round speaker housings on the door pads add to the unusual look.
- The theme is dual-tone. Reports differ on whether it is black and white or grey and black.

What The Creta Has That The Bayon May Lack
Reports suggest the Bayon will get a single-zone climate system, while the Creta has dual-zone. Memory function for the powered front seats is also not expected on the Bayon.
Our Take
The cabin is the Bayon’s strongest argument. Large screens, physical shortcuts and distinctive details make it feel newer than most Hyundais. The unknowns are the sunroof type and the equipment split between variants, which will decide how much of this reaches lower trims.
