2026 Honda Elevate Facelift Launched At Rs 11.80 Lakh: Sharper Looks, Ventilated Seats & Level-2 ADAS

Honda Cars India launched the Elevate facelift on October 6, 2026, with prices starting at Rs 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom). This is the SUV’s first major update since its debut in 2023. It brings a redesigned front end, a longer features list and a new top trim, while the 1.5-litre petrol engine carries over unchanged. Here is everything you need to know.

Price & Variants –

The Elevate facelift is sold in six trims: SV, V, VX, ZX, ZX+ and ZX+ Black. The base SV comes only with a manual gearbox, and the other trims offer a choice of manual or CVT.

PowertrainTrimsPrice (ex-showroom)
1.5-litre petrol MTSV, V, VX, ZX, ZX+Rs 11.80 lakh – Rs 16.90 lakh
1.5-litre petrol CVTV, VX, ZX, ZX+Rs 13.79 lakh – Rs 18.40 lakh

ZX+ is also offered as the ZX+ Black. MT – Manual Transmission, CVT – Continuously Variable Transmission.

  • The range starts at Rs 11.80 lakh and tops out at Rs 18.40 lakh, ex-showroom.
  • ZX+ is the new top trim, and it gets the most of the new equipment.
  • Only one engine is on offer, so the real choice is manual versus CVT.

The Elevate keeps its boxy, upright silhouette, but the face is new.

  • Front: a new honeycomb-pattern grille, a three-piece LED light bar above it, and revised LED lighting elements.
  • Side: largely unchanged, with roof rails, body cladding, a shark-fin antenna and 17-inch alloy wheels.
  • Rear: connected LED tail-lamps and a redesigned bumper.

The changes are subtle, but they bring the Elevate closer to Honda’s current design language.

The cabin layout is familiar, with a dual-tone theme, leatherette upholstery and a central touchscreen, but Honda has lightened the mood with a new ivory-and-black treatment. Rear-seat space and the airy feel, thanks to large windows, remain selling points.

The ZX+ gets powered front seats: an eight-way adjustable driver’s seat and a four-way adjustable passenger seat.

EMI: What Will The Base Elevate Cost Per Month?

These figures assume the SV’s Rs 11.80 lakh ex-showroom price, a 10 per cent down payment of Rs 1.18 lakh, a loan of Rs 10.62 lakh and a 9.8 per cent interest rate.

TenureMonthly EMITotal payable (loan)
3 yearsRs 34,168Rs 12,30,048
4 yearsRs 26,833Rs 12,87,984
5 yearsRs 22,460Rs 13,47,600
6 yearsRs 19,567Rs 14,08,824
7 yearsRs 17,521Rs 14,71,764

Stretching the loan from three to seven years cuts the EMI by about Rs 16,650 a month, but adds roughly Rs 2.42 lakh to the total you repay. These numbers are indicative, and the actual EMI depends on your credit score, the lender’s rate, the tenure and other charges.

Booking & Delivery

Pre-bookings opened a few weeks before launch. You can now book online through Honda’s website by choosing the transmission, variant and colour, picking a dealership and paying a booking amount of Rs 21,000. You can also book at a showroom. Honda says deliveries have already begun, though a short wait is possible during the festive season, and it may vary by variant, colour and city.

Rivals

The Elevate competes with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Renault Duster, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Maruti Victoris, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Nissan Tekton, Tata Sierra and MG Astor.

Our Take

The facelift answers the old Elevate’s biggest feature gaps. Ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera and powered front seats make it feel far more current, and the Rs 11.80 lakh starting price keeps the entry point attractive. The catch is that the best features sit on the ZX and ZX+ trims, which cost much more, and the engine is unchanged. There is also no hybrid option, even though the Grand Vitara and Hyryder offer one and Honda’s own City has e:HEV. Honda has ruled out a hybrid Elevate and is working on an electric SUV, the Alpha 0, for launch by the end of this financial year. If you want the features, look at ZX or above, and take a test drive of both the MT and CVT before booking.
